4. Virtual Currency and Payments
- Talksphare operates on a virtual coin system. Coins can be purchased through Stripe, PayPal, or other supported gateways.
- Coins may be used to send gifts, support creators, unlock content, or participate in special events.
- Coins are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
- Creators may withdraw earnings through supported methods such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle, subject to verification and platform fees.
5. Content Ownership and Licensing
- You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Talksphare a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
- You represent that you have the right to post any content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
6. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law
- Post hateful, abusive, pornographic, threatening, or discriminatory content
- Harass, stalk, or intimidate others
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s security or functionality
7. Termination and Account Suspension
Talksphare reserves the right to:
- Terminate or suspend your account at any time and for any reason
- Remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate
- Block access to the Platform if we believe you have breached any of our policies
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

- We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform.
